2. Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within five business days. If no confirmation is received via phone or email, the order is automatically cancelled.
- Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. If already shipped, please refuse delivery.
- Orders showing fraudulent activity or poor order history may be cancelled unless prepaid.
